How to Eat Chesa!

1. Peel the ripe chesa (eggfruit).  You know it's rich in Vitamin A and other antioxidants from the sumptuous yellow coloring alone.

2. In a bowl, mash the chesa.

3. Heap spoonfuls of powdered milk and a bit of brown sugar.  You can also use condensed milk.

4. Drizzle with honey.

5.  Top with raisins.

In the photo above, we're eating the chesa fruit raw though.  You can do that too.
