Basic Spaghetti a la Edge
Red Bell Pepper, minced
Salt and Pepper
1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Saute onions, garlic, bell pepper,tomatoes, and grated carrot.
3. Add water and let simmer.
4. Stir occasionally until sauce thickens.
5. Season with salt and pepper and oregano.
6. Ladle over a plateful of pasta, and top with grated cheese.
